Bulooka helps renters discover properties in Uganda. Listings are admin-curated. Exact addresses and landlord contacts are unlocked after a one-time fee.
Unlock fees are paid via Flutterwave. Unlocking gives you access to the exact location and landlord contact for the selected listing. Because contact details are revealed immediately, unlock fees are not refundable unless the listing is removed or proven fraudulent by our team.
We verify listings before publishing, but availability, price, and condition can change. Always confirm details with the landlord before paying rent or a deposit.
We collect only the information needed to run the service: your contact details, saved listings, and unlock history. We do not sell your data. Landlord contact details are shared only with users who have unlocked the relevant listing.
